Digital Delivery

Once your payment is successfully completed, your digital purchase will typically be delivered by one or more of the following methods:

• direct download at checkout
• download link sent by email
• customer account access, where available

Delivery Time

Most digital products are delivered immediately after purchase. In some cases, there may be a short delay depending on payment processing or platform-related issues.

Problems Receiving Your Files

If you do not receive your digital product, please check:

• your spam or junk folder
• your promotions tab
• that the email address entered at checkout was correct
